Construction is a $13 trillion global industry — and one of the least digitized. Project managers spend hours every week hunting through binders, spreadsheets, and email chains to find the information they need to make decisions. Submittals get tracked in Excel. RFI responses get buried in inboxes. Pay applications get reviewed line-by-line with a calculator and a highlighter.

Meet the founder
I started building Site Intelligence because I got tired of watching the same problem play out on every project I worked on. Three years in owner's project management, and the story was always the same — submittals buried in binders, RFI responses lost in email threads, pay apps reviewed with a calculator and a highlighter. Smart people doing tedious work that a machine should be doing.
I studied general engineering with a CS minor in undergrad, then went back for an MBA in project management and data visualization. Between that and my time at Coast and Harbor working with the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority, I got a pretty clear picture of what construction teams actually need versus what most software gives them — so I decided to build it myself.
Site Intelligence is the platform I wish I'd had on my projects — one place where AI reads every document, tracks every deadline, and tells you when something needs attention before it becomes a problem. Built for owners, by someone who's been in the room when things go sideways because a document was in the wrong filing cabinet.
Outside of work, I'm usually in the garage wrenching on cars or out riding motorcycles. I'm also a reptile person — I have a green tree python and a ball python at home. They're great listeners when I'm debugging at 2am.
